I'm Athena Livadas, and my passion for travel runs deep in my veins. My parents showed me from a young age how to embrace the philosophy of Páme.

I continue to thrive on the excitement of new experiences, whether it's diving into unfamiliar cuisines or engaging in heartfelt conversations with fellow travelers. Each destination I’ve visited has enriched my perspective on life and fueled my desire to uncover the world's hidden gems to share them with you. 

When I'm not mapping out your dream itinerary or plotting my next escapade, you'll likely find me soaking up the sun on the beach, breaking a sweat during a workout session with friends, or cheering on my favorite Formula 1 team alongside my dad.

  • I was born in the enchanting & sunny Newport Beach, California. In 2020, after a decade on the east coast, I was drawn back to embrace family ties and perpetual sunshine.

  • My name is Athena after all! My dad grew up outside of Athens and immigrated to the United States when he was 22. It’s his courage and entrepreneurial spirit that inspired me to start my own company. Over twenty visits to Greece has shaped my expertise in Hellenic travel.

  • I received my International Business minor from Copenhagen Business School. My semester abroad was my first solo travel experience where I explored nine countries within six months.

  • After graduating, I moved to the city that never sleeps. I hustled my way through six years at the top advertising agencies. From IPG Mediabrands to VaynerMedia, under the infamous Gary Vaynerchuck, then to Episode Four, a boutique agency championed by my two biggest mentors and advocates, Teddy Lynn and Mark Himmelsbach.

  • The Sanctuary Lodge, A Belmond Hotel, at the foot of Machu Picchu is my favorite hotel I ever stayed in. Taking in the sunrise from my room over the ancient ruins offered a moment of profound tranquility. That morning, complemented with the breathtaking train ride from Cusco makes Peru one of my favorite destinations to date.

  • In 2013, Formula 1 captured my heart as the roar of V8 engines echoed through the air, creating a moment of pure exhilaration etched into my memory. While my dad's late-night viewing sessions had sparked my initial interest, it was here that our shared passion for the sport truly blossomed.

  • Exploring Bali and the Komodo Islands with my two best friends marked a transformative journey after a challenging year, revealing the allure of Asia's wonders.

  • It was a breakfast conversation in Siargao amidst the beauty of the Philippines that crystallized my path to entrepreneurship. Combining what I’m best at with what I’m most passionate about was the obvious way forward.
